Requirements for Transfer of Shares of Stock

1. Extra-judicial Settlement Among Heirs duly notarized, signed by all surviving heirs of veteran adjudicating to only one (1) heir to whom the stocks shall be transferred.

2. Original Common and Preferred Stock Certificates or in its absence, an Affidavit of Loss duly
notarized – these are for replacement.

3. Photocopy of valid Government-issued IDs of the compulsory heirs of veteran.

4. Certificate Authorizing Registration from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (exempted from payment of estate tax per R.A. 11597)
